As per the Spanish media outlet, the Frenchman is reportedly the dream signing for Florentino Pérez, who has just been re-elected as president of the Madrid club, for whom the €150 million bid made to Atlético Madrid for Julián Álvarez (26) was, in reality, nothing more than a massive bluff designed to complicate the Argentine’s move to FC Barcelona. However, as the Merengue boss is well aware, prising Olise away from Bayern will be no mean feat, given that Munich’s president, Herbert Hainer, has already declared the player “not for sale”. But that is no cause for concern for Pérez, who could therefore bid in excess of €200 million to persuade his German counterpart to sell. In Madrid, Olise would be seen as the ideal partner for Kylian Mbappé (27) and a player with the charisma and potential needed to restore the Casa Blanca to the pinnacle of European football.
