Real Madrid learn the staggering price they will have to pay for Chelsea superstar Real Madrid’s pursuit of Enzo Fernandez has taken another significant turn, as the Spanish giants are now aware of the figure required to convince Chelsea to part ways with one of their most valuable players. After an aggressive start to the summer transfer window, Los Blancos have shifted their focus towards squad management, prioritising departures before making another major move in the market.  However, that has not stopped the club from laying the groundwork for what could become one of the biggest transfers of the year. According to The Athletic , Chelsea would be prepared to discuss a sale for Enzo Fernandez if an offer in the region of €140 million arrives, setting the benchmark for any club interested in signing the Argentine midfielder. According to reports, Mourinho remains heavily involved in transfer planning and continues to push for the arrival of Enzo Fernandez . In fact, as reported before, after recognising that Michael Olise is unlikely to be available this summer, Madrid have redirected their focus towards the Chelsea midfielder. Sources close to the situation suggest Enzo remains the priority option, with club officials expected to intensify contacts in the coming weeks. The Premier League club invested heavily to sign Enzo and still regard him as one of the cornerstones of their squad.  His long-term contract until 2032 and importance within the team mean Chelsea are under no pressure to negotiate from a position of weakness, and that reality is reflected in the asking price. According to The Athletic, Chelsea would demand approximately €140 million before considering a transfer.  Such a fee would place the deal among the most expensive transfers in football history and immediately test Real Madrid’s financial strategy.
