Sutton move for Mussa after Wealdstone exit
Sutton United have signed midfielder Omar Mussa following his departure from fellow National League club Wealdstone. The 25-year-old Burundi international made 34 appearances for the Stones last season and has also played for Torquay United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Weymouth, Dover Athletic and Walsall. "As soon as I spoke with the management and heard about the plans and ambitions here, it felt like the right move for me," Mussa told the club website. Sutton head coach, Chris Agutter, said: "This is the third time I've tried to sign Omar and I'm very happy that it's third time lucky."
