Official | Youssef El Kachati signs for Reims Ligue 2 side Stade de Reims have confirmed the signing of Youssef El Kachati (26). The Moroccan has signed a three-year deal, it was confirmed on Thursday. Les Stadistes  are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the next season. Last summer, the objective was to return to Ligue 1 at the first time of asking, however, the club failed to even make the promotion play-offs. It is another season in the second tier that awaits them and, having already made a managerial change, they are preparing for an overhaul of the squad.  El Kachati has now arrived to bolster the forward line. The Moroccan shone with Telstar back in the 2024/25 season, netting 24 goals in 43 appearances as the club secured promotion to the Eredivisie. He was less prolific with NEC Nijmegen last season, scoring three goals and registering three assists in 19 matches.  He now makes the move to France in a deal worth a reported €2.5m, including bonuses.
