Reims to sign Hartberg goalkeeper Tom Ritzy Hülsmann to succeed Ewen Jaouen In their search for a replacement for Ewen Jaouen (20), transfered to Newcastle United for a fee of nearly €30 million – a Ligue 2 record -, Stade de Reims are reportedly on the verge of securing the services of TSV Hartberg goalkeeper Tom Ritzy Hülsmann (22), according to Le Parisien . As the last line of defence for the Styrian club, which he helped to finish sixth in the Austrian Bundesliga at the end of the 2025-26 season, the German enjoyed a stellar campaign, capped by being named the league’s best goalkeeper. Having made 33 appearances in goal for TSV, Hülsmann kept 10 clean sheets, conceding a total of 42 goals across all competitions. A more than respectable record for the Bayern Munich academy graduate, who only joined the Austrian club last summer. In Reims, the Trier-born player will now have the opportunity to take his young career to the next level, as he is set to sign a five-year contract. His transfer, valued at between €2.5 and €3 million, is set to become the biggest in Hartberg’s history. GFFN  |  Léo Aschi
