The Jamaica international, 22, has agreed a five-year contract with the Canaries and becomes boss Philippe Clement's second signing of the summer after they agreed a loan deal for Brazilian defender Bruno Alves last week. Brooks joined Sheffield United's academy at the age of eight and made 96 senior appearances in all competitions, scoring nine goals. "Speaking to the gaffer and all of the staff, their ambitions and goals for the season really appealed to me," he told the Norwich City website. "As a winger, I think the head coach will want me to play on both sides, attack and defend, and I feel like I'm the perfect man for that. I'm just going to try to help him and the team as much as I can." Norwich finished ninth in the Championship last season, eight points short of the play-offs, having been third from bottom at the start of 2026. They will start the new season at home to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, 15 August. Latest Norwich City news and analysis
