The 26-year-old made 95 appearances for the Welsh outfit over the past two seasons, scoring 14 goals in total and making nine assists. He scored five goals in the Exiles' final 10 matches to help keep them in the Football League in 2025-2026, including two in a 2-1 win against Oldham in their penultimate match. The Cameroonian then netted again in their safety-clinching final day 2-1 victory at Barrow. Kamwa told the club website: "I'm excited to be here. Steve (Evans) was straightforward with me. We have the same understanding of what we want for my career and where he wants the team to be. "We're looking to stay at the top and fight to go up. That's the plan and I'm looking forward to that." The Gas have now made seven summer signings as they look to improve on last season's 20th-place finish. Manager Steve Evans said: "Bobby is a player that most managers from the Championship and down through the EFL will like and be aware of. "He is someone I always thought I could work with and develop and we're delighted to get him in considering the options the boy had. "He's a wide player who works hard and that's harder to get than some would imagine. He works extremely hard for the team, he takes defenders on, dribbles and gets fans off their seats. The Gasheads will love him." Bristol Rovers open their League campaign away to newly promoted York City on Saturday August 15.
