Hull City in advanced talks to sign Lille’s Thomas Meunier

Hull City in advanced talks to sign Lille’s Thomas Meunier Whilst it is not yet confirmed, Thomas Meunier (34) is expected to leave Lille OSC upon the expiry of his contract at the end of this month. As per a report from  Sacha Tavolieri ,  newly promoted Hull City are interested in signing the Belgium international. Two years after joining Lille on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract at Trabzonspor, Meunier is set to depart. The full-back has been a key player under Bruno Genesio, whose time at LOSC also came to an end last month. The former Paris Saint-Germain full-back played 35 games in all competitions last season, scoring twice and registering three assists. However, he is not expected to be retained and a replacement is already being lined up.  Tavolieri  now understands that Hull City, who will return to the Premier League for next season, are pushing to sign the right-back.
