The Englishman has been one of the most influential players for his side, having won two MOTM awards, scored two goals and provided one assist in his three group stage games up to now. With England I’m a No. 10, or even a more advanced No. 8. It doesn’t matter to me where I play or what position I’m in. I always want to play well for my team.” These comments would definitely give the new Merengue coach, Jose Mourinho , a hint on how to get the best out of the Englishman. However, this could also cause him some problems, as in addition to Arda Guler and Brahim Diaz, who both played as attacking midfielders last season, he would also have Bernardo Silva vying for a spot in that position. It remains to be seen how the Real Madrid coach would approach Jude Bellingham next season, but for now, the English star is well and truly leading his national team to their dream of winning the World Cup.
