Ipswich Town join Hull City in race to sign Toulouse’s Emersonn The Premier League’s newly promoted sides are showing a strong interest in Toulouse FC striker Emersonn (21), as per a report from   Sky Sports.  It was reported by the outlet on Monday that Toulouse had rejected a bid of a little over £17m for the Brazilian forward.  Having joined Le TéFéCé last summer, Emersonn has enjoyed a remarkable first season in the French league. Starting in 22 of his 31 appearances across all competitions, the Brazilian made ten goal contributions, scoring seven goals – notably against Olympique de Marseille, Olympique Lyonnais and AS Monaco – and providing three assists. Hull City, having seen their opening offer rejected, remain in the race but they are not alone in showing interest in the Toulouse forward. Ipswich Town are also a fan of the player,  Sky Sports  understands.
