Klopp is a beloved hero back home despite causing a stir by joining Red Bull’s much-maligned football structure.  The 59-year-old would be welcomed with open arms if he were to join the national team set-up, after leaving his nation following very successful spells at Mainz 05 and Borussia Dortmund.  The Stuttgart-born manager looks best-placed to revive the sleeping giants following some atrocious performances at international tournaments.  Klopp is the positive reset German football is crying out for, but it remains to be seen if he’d accept the job after rejecting Real Madrid and other clubs.
