Having signed from Salford City in 2023, Bailey made 140 appearances in total for Stockport, scoring 12 goals, and was part of the County squad that secured the League Two title in his first season at the club. "Odin is a versatile player who joins us following an excellent season at Stockport," Pompey boss John Mousinho told the club website.
