Monaco and Beşiktaş agree Kassoum Ouattara deal AS Monaco and Beşiktaş have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of Kassoum Ouattara (21), according to a report from Foot Mercato .  There has been plenty of movement in the left-back slot at Monaco and it isn’t finished yet. Earlier this week, Caio Henrique left  Les Monégasques  to join Ajax Amsterdam on a permanent deal. On Tuesday, Monaco then confirmed the arrival of Nazinho from Cercle Brugge. Given Henrique’s departure, it was initially anticipated that Ouattara would be retained, however, the Frenchman is keen on the move to the Turkish club, as reported by  Nice-Matin  on Wednesday.  Foot Mercato  now understands that, despite interest from Hull City, Ouattara will get his wish. The deal, the publication understands, is worth €8m plus a further €2m in add-ons. The France youth international is expected to arrive in Istanbul in the coming hours in order to undergo his medical and complete a move to Beşiktaş. GFFN | Luke Entwistle
