Crawley forward Adeyemo signs new contract

Crawley Town forward Ade Adeyemo has signed a new two-year contract with the League Two club, with the option of a third. Adeyemo, 27, joined Crawley from non-league side Cray Valley Paper Mills in 2023 and has since made over 80 appearances for the Reds. He began his career at Millwall and has had spells with Beckenham Town and Hayes and Yeading United. "To have Ade renew his contract with us is as good as signing a new player," Crawley boss Colin Kazim-Richards said. "What Ade brings to our team is something different, and what he produced in the final seven games of last season was outstanding, especially in a role that he had never played before. "He brings technical ability and has the ability to produce and make things happen. I can't wait to work closely with him and give him more detail over the course of the season."
