Bristol City sign Hearts midfielder Shore Bristol City have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Eilidh Shore on a two-year deal. The Robins announced news of the transfer via a post on their official club website earlier today. The 24-year-old joins Bristol City from Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) champions Hearts. Shore joined The Jambos from Aberdeen in summer 2024 and helped the Edinburgh side to win their first-ever league title in 2025/2026. The midfielder previously spent five years in the senior team at Aberdeen. On the international stage, Shore has represented Scotland at various youth levels up to and including Under-23 level. She is yet to make her senior debut for The Tartan Army. After joining Bristol City, Shore said “It feels amazing to finally be here and get the deal over the line. “I’m really looking forward to meeting the girls and just getting going. The facilities here are amazing, from the pitches to the gym; it’s just top quality here, and I’m really excited to get started.” Shore is Bristol City’s first signing of the summer transfer window. The Robins are expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer with the club eyeing promotion back to the Barclays Women’s Super League at the earliest opportunity.
