Solihull sign defender Mills and goalkeeper Ford

Jevon Mills is a former Ireland Under-19 international [Getty Images] Solihull Moors have taken their summer signings to eight after agreeing deals for Halifax Town defender Jevon Mills and goalkeeper Nathaniel Ford. Mills, 22, returns to Damson Park after making nine National League appearances for the Moors while on loan from Hull City during the 2022-23 season. He is the fifth defender to sign for Solihull this summer following Alex Whitmore, Junior Tiensia, Matty Carson and Justin Hanks. Ford, 21, has been on the books at Rotherham United and Halifax, with his only first-team experience coming with the Shaymen predominately in the National League Cup. In addition to the defensive reinforcements, the Moors have also signed midfielder Jamie Andrews and striker Ben Wodskou.
