Chesterfield sign ex-Pirates forward Sotiriou
Ruel Sotiriou scored six goals in 51 league appearances for Bristol Rovers [Shutterstock] Chesterfield have signed former Leyton Orient and Bristol Rovers forward Ruel Sotiriou. The 25-year-old ended last season with Israeli side Hapoel Jerusalem. He started his career with the O's and scored 35 goals in 153 league games before joining the Gas in June 2024. "Ruel comes into the squad at a good age and will bring both energy and experience," Chesterfield assistant Danny Webb told the club website.
