Official: Juventus part company with technical director Modesto Juventus have officially announced that Francois Modesto has left his position as technical director, just shy of a year after he was brought to the club by former CEO Damien Comolli. Official: Modesto is no longer Juventus’s technical director Modesto was appointed on July 15 in 2025 and has had his departure confirmed 360 days later following a restructuring of the Juventus senior management team. Giovanni Carnevali has replaced Modesto as CEO, Frederic Massara has recently been appointed as the club’s Chief Football Officer, while Marco Ottolini continues in the role of sporting director. Giorgio Chiellini has also recently been promoted to the role of Chief Club Affairs Officer, signalling an all-Italian leadership team on the sporting side of the club.
