Both clubs are part of the US consortium BlueCo, led by entrepreneur Todd Boehly. Strasbourg is, in effect, the Blues’ satellite club, where young talents arrive to be developed. Because of this direct link, Roma could initiate a major deal with Chelsea for these two transfer targets.
