Photo by Michael Regan/Getty Images For Premier League Arsenal have confirmed on their club website that they’ve reached an agreement with Besiktas for the permanent transfer of Leandro Trossard , adding that the player has been granted permission to travel to Istanbul for his medical and to complete the move. Arsenal add that a further update will be provided once the transfer has been completed. Arsenal likely felt the best way to deal with that was to confirm the transfer agreement themselves, even though the move won’t be formally finalised until after the player’s medical and contract signing. Assuming everything goes to plan on that front, it shouldn’t be too long before Arsenal provide the full confirmation of the transfer.
