Alfredo Pedulla has reported that Premier League clubs’ have put a move for the attacker on hold for now. But that could soon change too, with Roma trying to anticipate competition beforehand. They had an hour-long meeting with his entourage in Rome and they made it clear that they will proceed with the deal if certain conditions are met. They are happy to offer €40 million to West Ham and also willing to put forward a salary of €4 million for the player. This is their attempt to race ahead of competition and today could be key in this saga. This is because the player’s entourage will respond to Roma by today, while assessing interest from other clubs. Hammers in no rush West Ham are currently under no pressure to sell to Roma.
