Paris FC’s Willem Geubbels courted by Serie A clubs Paris FC’s Willem Geubbels (24) has attracted interest from several clubs, including some in Serie A, according to reports in L’Équipe . Having joined from FC St Gallen last summer, the Villeurbanne-born player has had a mixed season in the Capital. Flitting between starting and substitute roles, the Olympique Lyonnais academy graduate made 27 appearances (15 as a starter) across all competitions, finding the net five times and providing one assist. A rather meagre tally for a player on whom PFC spent no less than €9m to make him one of the attacking pillars of the first year of the Parisian project. Under contract until 2030, Geubbels is therefore emerging as a serious candidate for a move, whilst his strike partner Jean-Philippe Krasso (29) is also set to leave. A Paris FC player since 2024, the Ivorian played a key role in the club’s promotion to Ligue 1, before seeing his form dip last season, having suffered a knee injury in early April. GFFN | Léo Aschi
