Arsenal explore Vinicius Junior transfer - Report

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid as the reigning Premier League champions look to significantly upgrade their attack. According to a report from David Ornstein, Arsenal have agreed at “all levels” to pursue a transfer for Vini. However, the move is at an “early stage” and both clubs aren’t yet in talks. But it’s clear something is in the works over the future of Vinicius Junior. The superstar forward has yet to agree a new contract at Real Madrid and this news suggests he may move on, as new manager Jose Mourinho continues to rebuild the Real squad. Mega move for Arsenal as they look to freshen up attack For Arsenal, Vinicius would offer so much quality in attack and would be perfect to operate just off Kai Havertz or Viktor Gyokeres and gives Mikel Arteta’s forward line a totally different look. They’ve already sold Leandro Trossard this summer with Christos Tzolis coming in as his replacement. And Vinicius coming in would likely mean one, or both, of his Brazil teammates Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli may move on too. After missing out on signing Morgan Rogers, it appears that Arsenal are going all in on Vinicius and this would be a very expensive deal in terms of transfer fee and weekly salary. But his experience and quality is undoubted and this would be a major statement if Arsenal pulled off this signing.
