Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jörgensen set to join Strasbourg on loan Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jörgensen (24) could be on his way to join BlueCo-owned Ligue 1 side RC Strasbourg, as reported by  Dernières Nouvelles d’Alsace .  The Denmark international could be the third Chelsea goalkeeper to join the Alsatians in three seasons, following in the footsteps of Djordje Petrovic and Mike Penders. The outlet understands that Jörgensen is expected to link up with Strasbourg in the next hours after initial talks with Strasbourg head coach Hugo Oliveira. Oliveira, a former goalkeeping coach turned manager, emphasised the importance of a goalkeeper being heavily involved in build-up play. Jörgensen joined Chelsea from Villarreal two years ago. Those last campaigns, he was mainly Robert Sanchez’s understudy at Stamford Bridge. The Sweden-born Denmark international featured 36 times for Chelsea in all competitions.
