Having joined Linz on a free transfer from TSG Hoffenheim in the summer of 2024, the Rotterdam-born player has established himself as a key member of the Austrian club’s squad. Having made 38 appearances (25 as a starter) during his first season in the Bundesliga, Bogarde continued his fine form in 2025-26, starting 30 of the 35 matches he played across all competitions – one goal, five assists. Under contract with LASK until 2028, the former PEC Zwolle player could cost Lens’s management as little as €5m – slightly less than the €8m they paid last summer to secure Sangaré from Rapid Vienna.
