She has developed within the East Londoners’ first team environment whilst gaining experience in loan spells with Reading, Sunderland and Nottingham Forest. On the international stage, Stapleton has been capped by the Republic of Ireland on 20 occasions while she has scored two goals for her country. Ziu was also picked up by The Hammers from Shelbourne. She arrived at the club in summer 2022. Ziu has gone on to make 23 appearances in all competitions for West Ham United, although she has had some rotten luck with long-term injuries.
