However, Liverpool saw him as the perfect successor to Alisson and, even though they have Mamardashvili , it feels like the performances of the Georgian have massively dropped off. This led to fans believing that a new goalkeeper was going to be brought in but now, as per a fresh update from Santi Aouna, that clearly isn't the case.
