Speaking before Liverpool's 4-2 defeat to Leeds United in Chicago , Iraola said: "First our wingers, normally I'm used to trying to encourage them to have the ability to play both sides." During Iroala's tenure at Bournemouth , he often interchanged wingers to play on both sides, something which proved difficult for opponent's defence. "I know some of them are more comfortable on one side, but our team is not normally symmetrical.
