Chelsea considering Strasbourg loan for Mykhailo Mudryk Chelsea are leaning towards loaning Ukrainian international winger Mykhailo Mudryk (25) to BlueCo-owned Ligue 1 side RC Strasbourg, according to a report from  Foot Mercato .  The 25-year-old has been cleared as available to play with immediate effect after resolving a doping case with the FA. Mudryk returned an “ adverse finding ” for meldonium and was provisionally suspended since November 2024. Given the length of his suspension and that Chelsea were not planning to rely on him for the short-term, the Blues are considering their options regarding Mudryk. The latter signed an 8-year deal with the London-based Premier League club in a mammoth €100m deal from Shakhtar.  Foot Mercato reports that, if a loan move to a Premier League side was initially rumoured, to get Mudryk back up to speed, a loan move to Strasbourg is reportedly Chelsea’s wish.
