Liverpool sign midfielder Ramos

Liverpool sign midfielder Ramos Liverpool have completed the signing of midfielder Natalia Ramos from Spanish Liga F Moeve club UD Tenerife. WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Reds this afternoon. The 27-year-old joins Liverpool off the back of an eight-year stay with UD Tenerife. The player has enjoyed two spells with the club, either side of a short period with Levante UD. Ramos has played an important role in helping UD Tenerife compete strongly in Liga F Moeve over several seasons. Ramos has made more than 200 competitive appearances for UD Tenerife. On the international stage, Ramos represented Spain in her youth but has never been capped at senior level. After joining Liverpool, Ramos said “I’m really, really happy. I’m very excited to achieve this new step in my life and I’m very grateful for this new opportunity in my life,” Ramos told Liverpoolfc.com at the AXA Melwood Training Centre. “For me, it was a very easy decision and I’m very, very happy, with a lot of feelings and emotions because I know who the club is, the respect [it has]. “I feel very happy and privileged to take this shirt and sign at the club.” Ramos is Liverpool’s sixth signing of the summer transfer window.
