Wealdstone bring back defender Mundle-Smith
Wealdstone have signed defender Jaydn Mundle-Smith on a permanent deal for his second spell at Grosvenor Vale. The 26-year-old made more than 110 appearances for the Stones between 2021 and 2024, winning the supporters' and players' player of the season awards in 2024. He missed the whole of last season recovering from a long-term injury, and has spent the summer pre-season training with the Stones squad, playing in three games as a trialist. Stones boss Gary Waddock told the club website: "He knows the club extremely well, he's had a strong pre-season and has shown that he's ready to make an impact again. "He's a player we know we can trust and we're delighted to have him back in the squad."
