Armitage injury ends Bradford career
Guy Armitage has played his last game for Bradford Bulls after being rules out for the rest of the season with a hamstring tear. The 34-year-old back was a key member of the Bulls side that was promoted last season , scoring 16 tries, and had scored in his past two appearances in Super League. Armitage will require surgery on the injury, sustained during last week's defeat by Hull Kingston Rovers . He will leave the club having scored a total of 19 tries in 37 games for the Bulls, after it was confirmed in June he would not be offered a new contract .
