It has been stated that the Mancunian giants are eyeing a move to land the Spanish midfielder in this transfer window. Marques’ Impressive Rise In Spain Marques has come through the youth ranks of Barcelona and did well to break into their senior team in the previous campaign. The Spanish prospect made two league appearances for the Catalan club last season. The 19-year-old is currently among the most gifted young midfielders in Spanish football. Therefore, it is no surprise that Man City are hoping to bring him on board this off-season. His current contract at the Nou Camp will expire in the summer of 2028, which could make it tough for the Mancunian giants to sign him on the cheap later this year.
