Atlético Madrid send €35m offer for Lille’s Matias Fernandez-Pardo According to a report from L’Équipe , Atlético de Madrid have sent an offer estimated to be around €35m to Lille OSC for Matias Fernandez-Pardo (21). The French outlet writes that the offer hasn’t been rejected outright, but club president Olivier Létang is expected to negotiate a higher price.  With Atlético Madrid having now made the initial offer, it remains to be seen whether this will trigger other clubs to enter the fray. Fernandez-Pardo is reportedly a target for Premier League sides, who may now be forced to enter the race or risk losing out on a player with significant potential.  Will an offer change the Lille president’s mind? Létang has previously been forceful in his comments about Fernandez-Pardo’s future, especially considering the Belgian international has a contract that keeps him tied to the French club until 2029.
