Roma, as reported by Corriere dello Sport, have a strict salary cap, so they could offer a maximum of €4 million to €4.5 million net, which equates to around €9 million gross. Discussions are underway with Martinelli’s agency – Roc Nations – which also manages other players the Giallorossi favor, such as Fofana and Endrick.
