Ipswich reach agreement with Strasbourg for Julio Enciso Ipswich Town have reached an agreement with RC Strasbourg Alsace for Paraguay international Julio Enciso (22), according to a report from BBC Sport . At this moment, the full amount that Ipswich are expected to pay has not yet been disclosed. Ipswich have been one of the biggest spenders in the Premier League this summer and have looked to Ligue 1. The Tractor Boys broke their transfer record, agreeing a €28m deal with Toulouse FC for Brazilian striker Emersonn. Not only that, but they also poached Strasbourg’s head coach Gary O’Neil.  It’ll be a reunion in more ways than one for Enciso. The forward, of course, played under O’Neil last season, but he also spent time on loan at Ipswich, joining the club on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion in the latter half of the 2024/25 campaign.  Enciso will leave Strasbourg after just a season of football, having made 42 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 and assisting nine.  GFFN | Nick Hartland
