Bolton sign Wrexham defender Brunt
Lewis Brunt is Bolton's eighth summer signing after they won promotion back to the Championship [Shutterstock] Bolton Wanderers have signed Wrexham defender Lewis Brunt for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal. The 25-year-old joined the Red Dragons from Leicester in July 2024 and made 31 league appearances in two seasons. Brunt is the second player to join Wanderers from Wrexham this week after striker Ryan Hardie made the move on loan on Tuesday. "The club's back into the Championship and I want to try to continue playing in this league and showcase my ability," he told the club website.
