Liverpool appear to be prioritising a move for Barcola, which could hinder Mbaye’s move to the Merseyside giants. Liverpool plan to use the France international as their left winger, with Rio Ngumoha moving to the right flank . Liverpool could struggle next season if they fail to sign a natural right winger. Federico Chiesa is their only senior option in the position, but the Italian has struggled with injuries since joining the club. The Reds should try to reach a compromise with PSG for Mbaye or look elsewhere for a right-wing specialist.
