Would Quansah or Konsa be best fit for Arsenal?

The Gunners value him at about £30m but have signalled an intention to improve their initial proposal. However, Villa believe the 28-year-old England international is worth £60m and are unwilling to lower that figure as things stand. Now, Arsenal have also expressed an interest in signing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah . BBC Sport understands talks are at an exploratory stage at the moment, but sources suggest a deal for the 23-year-old centre-back is possible. Quansah would fit the profile of player that the Gunners are looking for, as he can play both centre-back and right-back. But it remains to be seen if their interest in the former Liverpool defender is a tactic by the club in their pursuit of England team-mate Konsa. Which centre-back would be best for the Gunners?
