Chelsea slap eye-watering £100m price tag on Manchester City target Pedro Neto Chelsea have slapped an eye-watering £100 million price tag on forward Pedro Neto.  Manchester City have been linked with an interest in Neto. The Citizens view the 26-year-old as a potential replacement for Savinho, who has become a key target for Tottenham Hotspur .  A deal for Neto is not expected to be easy, as Chelsea are demanding a hefty £100m fee to sanction a sale this summer (the Daily Mail ).  The Portuguese has been an important first-team player for the Blues since joining in a £54m deal in 2024.  He has made 103 senior appearances for the Londoners, bagging 19 goals and 19 assists in the process.  But Neto could struggle for regular opportunities this season following the arrival of Morgan Rogers for a record-breaking £117m fee.  Chelsea have been focused on sales after signing several players this summer, including Rogers Pep Chavarria, Marco Palestra, Maxence Lacroix, Jordan Henderson and Danny Welbeck.  They haven’t been actively looking to sell Neto, who is highly appreciated internally.
