Defender Georgiou joins Woking on short-term deal
Anthony Georgiou previously played for Ipswich Town on loan [Shutterstock] Woking have signed former Wealdstone and Tottenham academy defender Anthony Georgiou on a short-term deal. The left-back started his career with Spurs and had spells on loan at Ipswich Town and Bolton. He will feature in Woking's squad for Tuesday's game against West Bromwich Albion in the National League Cup.
