BBC to air 38 Serie A games in the 2026/27 season, as England and Scotland talent flocks to Italy British viewers will be able to see 38 Serie A matches in the 2026/27 season live on the BBC, it has been announced, starting on Sunday with Atalanta vs. Sassuolo. There had already been some games aired live on BBC Alba in February 2026 , with a mixture of English and Gaelic commentary. Now the scheme has been expanded to also add a further 19 fixtures live on the BBC iPlayer with English commentary provided.
