The Imps have failed to score in three of the past four meetings between the sides. Lincoln City have won just one of their past 14 league games against Portsmouth since 1981 (D4 L9), a 1-0 success away from home in January 2021. This will be Portsmouth and Lincoln City's first meeting in the second tier of English football since December 1960, with Pompey winning three of the four matches between the pair at this level (L1).
