Reports earlier this week claimed that Fiorentina had turned down a proposal with a fixed fee of €7m earlier this week and that they are holding out for offers that start at €10m. Dodo is now into his fifth season with Fiorentina having joined from Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer of 2022. He has since gone on to make 163 appearances across all competitions for the Tuscan side, including 114 in Serie A.
