Colombia international Munoz has emerged as late transfer target for Forest boss Oliver Glasner, who worked with the full-back during his time in charge at Selhurst Park. Talks over the proposed deal have been ongoing for a number of days and have accelerated since Palace's 4-1 defeat by Manchester City on Friday. An agreement between the two clubs is now understood to be close as Tuesday's transfer deadline nears. Munoz joined Palace from Belgian side Genk in 2024 and has been a key player for the Eagles in recent seasons, playing a crucial part in the club's historic FA Cup and Europa Conference League triumphs under Glasner. The 30-year-old has just under two years left on his current deal and Palace are prepared to sell this summer. Palace signed Anan Khalaili from Belgian side Royale Union Saint-Gilloise earlier this summer and the Israel international is expected to take Munoz's place in Pierre Sage's team.
