Multiple reports put the agreement at about €10 million, or £8.6 million, before add-ons. The transfer has not yet been completed, but negotiations are understood to be at an advanced stage. Sky Sports reports that Arsenal and Barcelona have reached an agreement in principle, with the remaining details still being worked through by all parties. Barcelona have reportedly made arrangements for Jesus to travel, with Arsenal authorising the trip. A medical is scheduled for Monday. The move comes after Barcelona were unable to make progress in their pursuit of Julian Alvarez , with Atletico Madrid unwilling to sell the Argentine forward to their La Liga rivals.
