Chelsea reach agreement with Monaco over Lamine Camara transfer AS Monaco and Chelsea are reported to have reached an agreement for the transfer of Lamine Camara (22), according to information from journalist Sacha Tavolieri. Whilst a few details remain to be finalised, particularly regarding the payment schedule, the deal is expected to be concluded for a fee of €45m, including bonuses. Having been linked with numerous clubs this summer, the midfielder is therefore expected to sign for the Blues in the coming hours. A key player in his position in Ligue 1, Camara has used his two years at Monaco to live up to the expectations placed on him following his early appearances for FC Metz. Having made 75 appearances across all competitions for the Monaco side, the Diouloulou-born player proved decisive on 17 occasions, scoring six goals and providing 11 assists.
