Jenks joins Carlisle from Worthing on two-year deal
Carlisle United have signed Teddy Jenks from National League club Worthing on a permanent transfer. Jenks, 24, joins the Blues on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee with the option of a further year The experienced midfielder, who started out with home town club Brighton & Hove Albion, made his debut for the Seagulls aged 17. Loan spells with Aberdeen and League Two side Crawley followed before a permanent signing for Forest Green Rovers in 2023. Jenks returned to Scotland on loan with Ross County before signing for Worthing in 2025, scoring 13 goals in their victorious National League South campaign.
