Chelsea keeper Curd returns to Boreham Wood on loan
National League leaders Boreham Wood have re-signed Chelsea goalkeeper Ted Curd on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old made 34 appearances on loan for the Wood last season as they reached the National League promotion final. Boreham boss Luke Garrard told the club website: "When this got presented to me, it was a no brainer. The opportunity to bring back Ted and compete for the number one shirt with Luca [Gunter] was something I felt would bode well for all involved. "We know what characteristics and personality Ted brings and to have two of the best young talents fighting it out for the number one shirt really excites me."
