Crystal Palace sign Nigerian international goalkeeper Erhabor
Crystal Palace sign Nigerian international goalkeeper Erhabor Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Nigerian international goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor on a free transfer. WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Eagles late last night. The 21-year-old joins Crystal Palace after most-recently turning out for former Barclays WSL2 club Portsmouth. She has signed a two-year deal with the South Londoners. Erhabor is a highly-rated young goalkeeper. She spent her youth in the West Ham United academy system before joining Brighton & Hove Albion where she continued to develop. She signed her first professional terms with The Seagulls in January 2024. The youngster has had to be patient for top level playing opportunities so far. Whilst at Brighton & Hove Albion, she went on out loan to Hibernian and Plymouth Argyle to get senior minutes. Erhabor joined Portsmouth last summer and made two appearances for the club in Barclays WSL2. On the international stage, Erhabor is a senior international for Nigeria. She made her debut for The Super Falcons earlier this year. After joining Crystal Palace, Erhabor said “It feels really good to be here. I’m very excited to get started. “I’m aspiring to play at the highest level, so this is a really big step in my career.” Erhabor will now link-up with the Crystal Palace first team and continue her development.
